One-day tour to Cheow Lan lake in Khao Sok National Park
We offer you a unique one-day trip to Cheow Lan lake from Samui with visiting the must see places around the lake, as well as lunch at the one of the floating raft houses, some relaxing time on the lake and the whole lot of exciting activities such as a swimming, kayaking, short hiking through the jungle etc.
By request you can book all-inclusive packages with accommodation in the Khao Lak national park resort staying either in bungalow or terrific tree house from 1 to 4 nights.
Itinerary
- 06:15Early morning pick up at your hotel reception and straight to the ferry place
- 07:00Departure from Samui to Donsak by Seatran Ferry company (it can be arranged by Lomprayah if the tickets will be booked in advance)
- 08:30Arrival to Donsak and comfy transfer to Rachabrapa Dam on the lake
- 10.45Board a longtail boat for your trip around Khao Sok lake
- 11:00Cruise around the lake with a visit to the most beautiful limestone formations, including the famous three rocks - KHAO SAM KLER (translated as "three friends").
- 12:45Arrival at ONE of the floating raft houses (we can't guarantee which one exactly), where you will be met by very friendly staff. Time for the traditional Thai lunch at the restaurant.
- 13:30Jump straight from the raft house right into the water, explore the surroundings in a kayak or just chill out.
- 13:45If you are in the mood of exploring follow your guide for a short hike through the rain forest where you can spot some monkeys, rhino birds and other wildlife in their natural habitat and visit some caves.
- 14.30Time is up! Head back to the lake pier
- 15.00Reach the pier, get on your van and head to Donsak
- 17.30Arrive at Donsak pier
- 17.45Get on the ferry
- 19:30Get off the ferry on Samui and been picked up by car
- 20:15Finally at your hotel

- Booking is confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation email is sent.
- Payment must be made within 3 days after reservation and no later than 3 day(s) before the tour, otherwise the reservation expires.
- Cancellations made 4 days or more before the tour date: Full refund (minus bank processing fee).
- Cancellations made 1-3 days before the tour date: Up to 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or "No Show": 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).
