The suggested route links the island's spiritual sites with its wild, mountainous interior, and all of it fits comfortably within a 7 to 7.5 hour day.
The suggested program begins at The Heaven Gate Samui and continues to the Wat Ratchathammaram (Red Temple). From there, the jeep heads inland to Namuang Waterfall 2 and the sculpture-filled Magic Garden, then up to the Standing Buddha. The day ends with a Thai lunch at Jungle Restaurant 360.
Including The Heaven Gate means a 09:30 pickup, because the attraction opens at 10:00, and a return to your hotel at around 16:30 or later. Skipping it allows an earlier 08:30 pickup and a return at around 15:30 to 16:00. Attraction entrance fees and lunch are paid on the day, so you can choose what suits you.
