Terms and conditions, cancellation policy
- Booking is confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation email is sent.
- Payment must be made within 3 days after reservation and no later than 3 day(s) before the tour, otherwise the reservation expires.
- Cancellations made 4 days or more before the tour date: Full refund (minus bank processing fee).
- Cancellations made 1-3 days before the tour date: Up to 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or "No Show": 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).
- Koh Sanuk reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns). Tours can be rescheduled or fully refunded by agreement.
- The service provider may modify the itinerary or destination if weather conditions do not permit the planned route.
- Please arrive at the pickup point (hotel reception, villa gates, or location specified in your voucher) 15-20 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and are treated as No Show.
- Excessive alcohol consumption or drug use is prohibited. Staff reserves the right to refuse service without refund.
- Participants must be in reasonable health. Those with heart conditions, pregnancy, or mobility issues should consult a doctor before booking. Crew reserves the right to refuse boarding if such conditions were hidden intentionally.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions from guides and crew.
- Travel insurance may not be included in some tours. It is advised to have your own travel insurance. Koh Sanuk is not liable for medical expenses or trip interruption.
- Koh Sanuk is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
- Photos/videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes. Inform staff if you do not wish to be photographed.
- Please respect marine life and natural environments. Do not touch coral, feed wildlife, or litter.
