Sailing catamaran "Gavina"

Gavina is a modern sailing catamaran based in Koh Samui, hosting private day charters and overnight cruises for up to 24 guests. With two air-conditioned cabins, an indoor salon, and two bathrooms, the yacht sails to Koh Madsum, Koh Tan, or Koh Phangan with stand-up paddleboards and snorkeling gear on board.

Overview

Sailing catamaran Gavina offers private cruising across the Gulf of Thailand, departing directly from Koh Samui. Designed with twin hulls for exceptional stability both underway and at anchor, this sleek sailing yacht accommodates up to 24 daytime guests, providing plenty of room to unwind, socialize, and explore remote coastal waters.

Vessel Layout & Onboard Comfort

The catamaran combines open outdoor living with climate-controlled indoor spaces. Guests can lounge on the forward trampoline nets to take in sea breezes and coastal views, or relax in the shaded aft cockpit dining area. Inside, the yacht features a fully air-conditioned living salon, two comfortable private cabins, and two bathrooms, making it well-suited for extended family gatherings, celebrations, or overnight charters.

Custom Private Itineraries

Charters aboard Gavina can be tailored to match your group's preferred pace. Half-day and full-day voyages regularly explore the southern waters around Koh Samui, anchoring off Koh Tan for coral reef snorkeling and Koh Madsum (Pig Island) for beach walks and swimming. Alternatively, groups can set sail north toward the quiet bays and granite headlands of Koh Phangan. For multi-day expeditions, custom routes can be charted toward the limestone karsts of Angthong National Marine Park or the marine reserves of Koh Tao.

Activities & Amenities

Gavina comes equipped for fun on the water, carrying stand-up paddleboards, snorkeling gear, and light fishing equipment. An onboard dinghy handles swift beach transfers, while an onboard barbecue grill and large ice chest allow guests to enjoy freshly prepared meals and chilled refreshments throughout the voyage.
