Overview

Stable, Spacious Twin-Hull Cruising Across the Gulf of Thailand

The Motor catamaran "Samui Buddy" is a custom 16-meter power catamaran engineered for smooth, level cruising around Koh Samui and the surrounding archipelago. Measuring seven meters across the beam, its twin-hull architecture glides through coastal chop with minimal roll, providing a markedly more stable ride than conventional monohull speedboats. Dual Yanmar diesel engines deliver dependable performance, while large fuel and freshwater reserves support full-day island-hopping charters in complete comfort.

Dual-Deck Layout and Onboard Living

Designed to host groups of up to 40 passengers, the catamaran offers generous space across two well-appointed levels. The upper flybridge features a hardtop canopy, cushioned lounge seating, and an integrated wet bar, serving as a panoramic observation deck overlooking the limestone karsts. Down on the main deck, guests can relax beneath the shaded aft bimini, sunbathe on the foredeck, or retreat into the air-conditioned interior. Two double guest cabins provide private resting quarters, supported by three full heads with freshwater showers.

Island Adventures and Water Activities

Cruising from Koh Samui, the vessel reaches the emerald lagoons and sheer limestone cliffs of Ang Thong National Marine Park, as well as the secluded bays of Koh Phangan and the reefs off Koh Tao. At anchor, dual swim ladders and freshwater deck showers provide easy entry and exit from the sea. Guests can explore shallow coral gardens with onboard snorkeling gear, try bottom fishing, or take the motorized tender ashore to visit secluded beaches and elevated viewpoint trails.
