Welcome to the exciting world of the new elephant sanctuary nestled in the heart of Bophut, just a stone's throw away from the charming Fisherman Village. Here, a heartwarming experience awaits you, surrounded by the grace and majesty of these gentle giants.

Upon your arrival, you will watch a humorous video on how to interact safely around elephants and make the most of your unique experience. Following that, you will have the chance to meet a close-knit three-generation elephant family, including a grandmother, a mother, and an adorable baby elephant. They eagerly seek your attention and the special food you'll prepare for them, a mixture of cooked rice, bananas, and other ingredients. These aging elephants are losing their teeth and can't chew solid foods like banana leaves or some grass, and definitely not bananas with their skins! You'll get to feed them, take photos, and even share some hugs – they'll surely bring a smile to your face!

The next part of your journey takes you into the heart of the elephant sanctuary. You'll be provided with water, a tote bag, and a Vietnamese hat to protect you from the sun. What will you find inside? To start, you may come across some male elephants kept separately in a fenced area. This is a necessity, as most male elephants tend to be quite aggressive, and it's important to ensure their safety. It's not cruelty; it's a precaution. The sanctuary has plans to acquire a large piece of nearby land to allow these elephants to roam freely. Further along, you'll meet a friendly guardian elephant who will grant you access if you have a ticket – a basket filled with fruits or a bunch of bananas. You'll walk alongside this elephant, feeding it as you explore the jungle and the area around the pool. The pictures you'll take will be absolutely amazing! Your next stop is the elephant youth area, where young elephants and their caretakers await guests with trays filled with fresh fruits. These young elephants roam freely within the grounds, and you can feed and observe them from a deck hanging over the jungle. After these incredible interactions with the young elephants, you'll return to the base camp for lunch and have one last look at the amusing three-generation elephant family.

You'll be brought back to your hotel in our air-conditioned van. The sanctuary offers an extensive program twice a day, but if you prefer, you can opt for a shorter visit focused solely on feeding the elephants, which will take considerably less time.

Our sanctuary is home to a captivating ensemble of 14 adult elephants, each with their own unique personality, and a playful baby elephant that will surely steal your heart. We're thrilled to offer you two exceptional programs, each designed to immerse you in the beauty of these magnificent creatures and provide you with unforgettable memories.

Program One: Elephant Enchantment (3 Hours with Transfer) Upon your arrival, you'll step into a world of wonder as you're greeted by our awe-inspiring elephants. Your journey begins by engaging with these majestic beings on a deeply personal level. You'll have the joy of feeding them a delectable array of fruits, watching as they relish every bite. Get hands-on as you create rice balls infused with a mix of salt, pumpkin, and pellets – a special treat that they adore.

But the magic doesn't end there. You'll have the opportunity to walk alongside these incredible animals, gaining insight into their natural behaviors and forming a unique connection. Your adventure takes an even more heartwarming turn as you meet our baby elephant, lovingly named Heaven, and interact with our esteemed female elephants.

Program Two: Elephant Encounter (Flexible Time, Feeding Session) For those seeking a shorter but no less enchanting experience, our second program offers the chance to connect with our elephants on a personal level. While transfer is not included, you have the flexibility to choose a convenient time between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to join us. During this visit, you'll have the incredible opportunity to feed the elephants and bask in their presence, forging a bond that transcends words.
